Returns & Breakages:

We want you to be thrilled with your Mudlark Ceramics purchase. If an item arrives and doesn't match the website description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you on the safest way to return the item.

Damage During Shipping:

In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email at danielacolizzi@hotmail.com. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work diligently to arrange a replacement or full refund.

Postal Insurance:

While we meticulously package your order, unforeseen events can occur during shipping. To offer added peace of mind, all our packages are insured against postal damage. If your item arrives broken, rest assured we'll handle the insurance claim and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
